Mobilian honored with street dedication 70 years after his murder

It’s a move toward justice. Mobile city leaders giving Tennessee Street an honorary name after a man murdered in the Jim Crow-Era. Police charged Horace Miller for Rayfield Davis’s murder, but a grand jury chose not to indict him. In a quest for reconciliation, Davis’s family members reached out to Miller’s family.
